Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery is generally 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited options may be offered when available at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, and high-demand periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the products in the order.

Order tracking

We will email tracking information when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

Shipping area

We currently ship within the United States only.

Address changes

Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Email us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has stopped updating or a package appears lost, email triaswear@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate.
